      Delivery Consultant Interview

      Mar 30, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Durlston Partners (London, England) in Dec 2021

      Interview

One of the most thorough interview processes' I have ever participated in. Starting with two separate phone screens was a good introduction to what DP is doing and has to offer. The later stages involved coming into the beautiful central offices which were very comforting and welcoming. The team had smiles on their face and engaged in conversations. Got to meet with 8 different members of the team, two at a time in 30 min increments, asking a variety of questions on completely different topics so it never felt like too much. The interview process finishes with a presentation to the team. Creating and researching said presentation proved to be a lot of fun to do as it gave you an insight into how things are done here. The team is very comforting to help you ease your nerves. Overall, a great experience, that allows you to learn what DP and its people are about, and helps them get a clear picture of what kind of person you are. Loved it!

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Durlston Partners (London, England) in May 2022

      Interview

I applied through a recruiter and my process was complete within a month. My interview process was spread over 4 rounds. The first was a phone screening with a member of the Ops team. The second round, I went for a coffee with one of the Partners who was head of the team I applied for and he asked questions on my exposure in recruitment so far. The third round I had 4 interviews onsite with 2 members at a time. This was a great way to see Durlston Partners come to life and get insights into how the firm operates. Equally the team interviewers were able to hear more about my motivations. For the final round I spoke to a few more members in the team and the CEO of DP. Following this, I gave a presentation discussing more about myself and my case study findings.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Durlston Partners (London, England) in Feb 2022

      Interview

The process was very strait forward and is run extremely smoothly by the team at Durlston Partners. My biggest advice to anyone interviewing or think of it is just be open minded and honest and don’t be sales. You are made extremely welcome from the offset which makes you feel extremely comfortable and I couldn’t think of anywhere I would rather work more than Durlston Partners I can’t wait to start.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Durlston Partners (Mayfair, England) in Jan 2022

      Interview

I was contacted via Shannon on LinkedIn, She told me about the company, the clients and the opportunity and everything that was going on at Durlston. After the call, I was very impressed by the business and was keen to find out more. The next stage was a follow up conversation with a team lead. I enjoyed this call as it allowed me to get an idea of the company from a recruiters perspective and to also get an idea of the culture. I was then invited down to meet the team, this was a more formal F2F interview and for me it was a great chance to meet everyone and to get an idea of the people within the business. The team were very friendly, nice and it seemed very different to any other traditional agency. The final stage was a presentation interview, your given a case study to go away, complete and present to the the team and the CEO - Vax. The presentations great fun to complete and the case study gives you an insight into the type of clients and roles you would be recruiting, it’s a great opportunity to show how you would “go to market” and resource talent for a specific role. After the presentation, I had a follow up conversation with Vax. I had prepared some questions to ask him and after meeting the team, presenting and speaking with him I was heavily sold on the business and was hoping to get an offer.
