      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dusty Robotics (Mountain View, CA)

      Interview

Contacted by recruiting. Prepped for interviews so I knew who I would be talking to and a bit about what would be covered. Spoke with the Lead, who gave me a great overview and then a Senior sales executive who was really helpful, upbeat but real about the role. Overall I really enjoyed both interviews and learned a lot. I received good advice from the Account Executive interview and recruiting so felt good going into the interview with the VP of Sales. He was good to talk with, informative, but a little hard to read. I was invited to a "meet and greet" onsite where I got to see the tech and meet the lead and VP. So hard to read. But loved the time onsite. There was a lot going on at the site and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Saw a lot of robots being put through paces, a ping pong table, and a nice open kitchen. I was not selected, but asked for, and received good and balanced feedback.

      Question 1

Asked about kpi's in detail in the past, to give my past pitch, and about my goals and to share a story about my best process.
