The executive team operates with a closed-door approach, making it difficult for new ideas to be heard. Challenging leadership often leads to negative consequences. Over the past three years, the company has experienced multiple rounds of layoffs. Many employees choose to leave after a year due to unrealistic expectations and a lack of trust in leadership.
