Dynamit interview questions

I submit a resume, and had a phone interview. The phone interview seemed to go well, but I never got to the next step (in-person Dev Day), because they indicated that due to budget constraints, they were no longer hiring for the position.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by an internal recruiter from Dynamit about being a potentially good fit for an open position. Although I am not actively in the market for a new job, I scheduled a call with the person as the company is appealing and I was open to learning more. After a ~30 minute call that was a basic introductory phone screen, the recruiter scheduled another call for me with a relevant Client Engagement Manager in two days. I never received confirmation, no one called me, and after reaching out to find out what had happened, no one responded. I'm really disappointed in the behavior because if they were no longer interested in me, they simply could have let me know before the call as they had two days. And both people had actively looked at my LinkedIn and resume, but could not extend courtesy.
