Interview
The interview was largely around what I do to engage various types of class, what my teaching method was and how I might handle difficult situations. Fairly typical of on ESL teaching position interview.

Question 1
How would you provide for all students in a class where the strongest students is much more advanced than the weakest?
Interview with Academic Director and Assistant Academic Director. Friendly enough atmosphere, with questions about classroom mamangement and work history. Also how you'd handle certain scenarios in the classroom. Nothing unexpected.
