EETech interview questions

I applied online and went through a screening and at least 2 in person interviews. At the end, I was asked for references. I provided them, they were all called immediately, then I heard nothing back for a week. I had to reach out to be told that they went with someone else. They talked me up throughout the interviews, so I felt OK giving my references. So just a heads up of how they do things
