there was a two stage process, i first met with the HR manager, and she asked me about my background, experience, and what i was looking for. She also spoke to me about the role and salary. My second interview was with the trainer, who asked me questions about treatments and I did a small facial on her.

One-on-one interview that includes meetings with company staff. Two stages, First stage: Front of House Manager second stage with the Operation Manager. Management is very unprofessional and not reliable. Waste of time.
