Phone screening by the talent Acquistion team of ELMO followed by an In-person interview by hiring manager at their office. Felt the hiring manager was not prepared for the interview.

it was a very easy tender analyst role interview focused on Tender management. Hiring manager had lots of experience but didn't ask any questions that were challenging or tested my experience in tender management.
