Interview
Interview was straight forward. It consisted of mostly behavioral and situational questions. Nothing too technical. It took about an hour and it was over the phone. As long as you be yourself, you will do fine.
First interview was over the phone with the division manager. We discussed general skills and it was a fairly casual conversation.
Second interview was with my direct supervisor. Typical interview questions, but some scenario questions related to the role I would be playing.
The decision was made after that, and given to me via email.

Straightforward, no ambiguous questions.
The only thing that was not made entirely clear was the pay per project nature of the work. I believe this is a good option for freelancers who want to control their own destiny.
