Interview
The interview took quite long, the recruiter reached out to me via Whatsapp which is not an official channel. I met the team who were interviewing with one guy mainly asking the questions while the rest sat there like flower boys. Sent a very time consuming challenge after the oral interview and wanted a demo of it. Very poor interviewing skills.

Question 1
Containerize an application and set it up in cloud
For IT, it was a five phase interview. First 2 were surface level. 3rd began as more technical questions, 4th was deeper technically, 5th was just a filter round to make sure I was the right fit and discuss other things such as pay.
