EP Energy interview questions

The interview only lasted "less than 5 minutes" which should have been a red flag but instead I thought must have impressed hiring manager but this was NOT the case at all. Instead, I learned after arriving that there was a high turnover problem due to micro management, work overload and unrealistic goals from management.

I have applied through online and got a email after 3 weeks.Then i was scheduled a phone interview.Basic questions regarding my resume. They have asked me to explain my experience with the previous projects and my proficiency in database field.They are more concerned about the experience in SAP Business objects and dotnet technologies. They have asked a basic sql question.They asked me to give an example of the challenges i have faced in any of the projects i have done.
