Interview process consisted from phone call (partially in English) and 2 personal meetings. In phone call basic information about company and future projects were provided. On personal meetings with team leaders, team members and HR member more information and requests on a new employee were discussed. On first meeting I filled test to prove basic technical skills.
Despite exposing the values of oneself during a first exchange, their next step is a rotative interview in which everyone ask specificities about their professions, not aligned at all with the first exchange. It did not seem to be seriously seeking talent but rather, for some reason, seeking to highlight people's shortcomings to entertain their employees. I could hear even people laughing in the background during the process.
