I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EVS Broadcast Equipment
Interview
I applied online and received an email about a month later. After that, I was asked to complete a questionnaire containing numerous repetitive and redundant questions. A few days later, I was scheduled for an interview.
About a month after the interview, I received another email apologizing for the delay and explaining that the hiring managers were busy with an event. I was then asked to submit the required documents. After waiting another month without any updates, I began following up, but I did not receive any response.
Overall, the recruitment process was disappointing and poorly managed. This is the first time I have encountered such a lengthy and unprofessional hiring process. There appeared to be little consideration for applicants' time and effort.
After several follow-ups, I was eventually informed that the position had been put on hold. However, I later learned that another candidate had already been hired. If the company had already identified a preferred candidate, it should not have continued advertising the position or requested documents from other applicants unnecessarily.
A more transparent and professional approach would have been to communicate the hiring status honestly and promptly rather than leaving applicants waiting for months without clear updates.

Question 1
If there is a situation that you see an issue but other people agree to that, would you still highlight the issue?
Quite time consuming process without any relevant outcome.
Person from HR was not capable to get any point from candidate. Ridiculous questions and sounded like interrogation instead of pleasant conversation. They called for no reason, mixed candidate names and profiles. They hired incapable HR who looked bored during interview and showed they just wanted to get out of the interview.
