Began with email communication over the course of 3 weeks (initial screening phase?) followed by a few short phone interviews (final screening). Visited the offices interviewed with a potential direct-manager. Second office visit after about 2 weeks (with manager, n+2, n+3). Reviewed technical my experience and areas of expertise with the appropriate staff members. Followed by some situational analysis. As with any company, it felt as through they were looking for good fit regarding personality.
