Pros
company is the steady flow of projects. There is always work available, which provides plenty of opportunities to gain experience, develop technical skills, and learn through a wide variety of projects.
Cons
There are only a few licensed P.Eng. holders in the company. Most of the engineering staff are CETs, with many others working as EITs. Recently, a large portion of the Civil Engineering team, including most of the Transportation team, left the company. Although new employees have been hired to fill those positions, the transition is still ongoing, and the overall situation feels somewhat unstable.
