Eagle Medical Transports interview questions

The hiring process is straight forward. You apply. You receive a call for an interview if your application and requested salary is what they are looking for. You get asked about 25 basic behavioral questions. You perform a lifting assessment. Once all that is complete and you pass everything, you sit down and finalize the job offer and initial training. All of the training past the lift assessment is paid.

Standard behavioral based questions. "Tell us about a time when...". Also a couple random questions that really make no sense at all. "What was the last book you read?" Pretty straight forward interview questions and overall an easy interview. If you can provide mostly decent answers and pass the physical lift assessment you will probably be offered a job.
