Earth Island Institute interview questions

Interviewed in person. One question made me wonder if they were alluding to a toxic work environment. They asked me to describe a heated disagreement with a coworker. I have never got into a heated exchange anyone in my life. Why ask such a question during an interview? Do employees tend to be screaming and yelling at each other at your establishment? I never received any post interview correspondence. Totally ghosted. Job candidates do a lot of pre-interview research on an org and can easily be converted into future donors. A nonprofit ghosting them is shortsighted.
