I interviewed in person during a job fair. The interview was held in the store so people and music were distracting.The questions were very standard. Expect selling role play. They want someone who can sell but is also laid back. Don't wear a suit. Dress I'm their clothes or similar.

What problems have you had at a previous job and how did you solve them?
The manager was condescending and spoke badly about the other employees throughout the interview. He was kind to me, but it let me know he would eventually be condescending towards me.
A simple 15 minutes of questions, ask about sales experience and loss and prevention. Get a call back within a day or two. It was a good and immersive process.

It was a very simple Interview process, general about you questions, they have a flexible schedule, but this specific location seemed understaffed. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, I was basically hired on the spot
