Role played selling techniques with manager. I had to walk around and memorize the sales and merchandise in the store then mgr would role play a customer and I would sell to him using what I learned. We then had your typical sit down interview. Questions relating to my previous jobs and what I did. Your typical retail tenter view.

None really, just your typical retail questions. One question was on how you work in teams and example of team work.

Interview
I originally applied at a job fair. The whole scene was very disorganized and in a busy location so there was a lot of noise and other distractions. They still do not have a private room for interviews 11 months later so be prepared for chaos while you're interviewing.

They want people who are very customer service oriented. Be prepared for a lot of questions on communication skills.
