EasyWay Technologies (Israel) interview questions

My interview process consisted of three stages, beginning with a phone interview conducted by the office manager, followed by a home assignment (prepare 2 presentations), and an in-person interview with the VP CS and CS team leader. However, despite being told that I didn't have to present the presentations, I was unexpectedly asked to present the assignment in English during the interview. This caught me off guard and impacted my performance. Unfortunately, I received no feedback and was informed they chose to move on with other candidates. The lack of consistency and fairness in the process was disappointing, especially as I didn't get equal conditions to compete for the role.
