Interview
First interviewed on campus. Questions were about past experiences and talking about your resume. On site interview was 3-4 rounds of interviews on the same day with different interviewers. All questions were behavioral. I was one of the last people to apply to the program and therefore the application process took only a few weeks but I heard from others that it took months before they were invited to Ohio for multiple rounds of interviews.

Interview
first round - on campus interview. General behavioral questions.
second round - onsite. I flied to Cleveland one day prior to the interview. Had dinner with interviewers and 3-4 other interviewees. On the second day, we had in total four hours for interview. Three one-hour interview with different managers and one hour for us to rest and talk to their current employees in similar positions.
