I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton
Interview
The process was bland, the conversation was not very interesting as well. I applied through my school's career center. They never got back to me with any answer yet sent several requests to fill out a survey
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Approached their booth at a career fair for the Society of Women Engineers annual conference and talked with one of their recruiters. I gave him my resume and immediately set up an interview for an hour later in a curtained-off area at the career fair. It was a one-on-one interview with a woman and she asked three behavioral questions.
