I applied online. I interviewed at Echidna (Bengaluru) in Feb 2024
Interview
very vague process with utter disregard to candidates priorities. first was HR round, second round was forced upon me and was taken by VP of product. third round was taken by a junior PM. It was not a very pleasant experience to be interviewed by a kid with lower experience and education in an advance round.

Question 1
second round was conducted by the VP of product. i requested him that i have a meeting cant take an interview now. they still forced a round saying it will take 15 mins and they extended the round for 35 mins. i had to miss my office call. VP himself was not very knowledgeable. Out of respect for his experience i gave up 25 mins of my office call and he asked my very basic questions that normally are asked during HR round.
