I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ecojiva in Feb 2014
Interview
There was no interview process as the company does not pay you unless you get them business. You fool other people for installing solar and you get negligible commission on the huge profit made by the company.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ecojiva (Reese, MI) in Dec 2010
Interview
The interview was held in a sub shop, which should have been a forewarning. The President of the company, just started throwing out numbers as to how the grants and rebates worked, without telling much about the company. Because of my previous experience with solar, I was interested in getting back into the solar field. The numbers made sense, but I should have checked the company out further before agreeing to anything.
