    Average Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ecopetrol S.A. (Cartagena, Bolívar (Colombia)).

    Interview

It wasn't a single person interview, we were around 60 people for the vacancy, the first filter was a written test and 14 of us passed to the next stage of the process, following this there was a group activity (case) and only 5 of us continued to the last phase.
During a break one of the 5 let us know that he knew the person incharge of the process and that they were close friends, so it was true and he after a short interview 4 of us were dismissed and the friend of the RR.HH. or incharge of the process guy was the chosen one.

    Interview Questions

    • They gave us a Formula 1 race case, 6 cars 6 different colors, completely foggy track and if we are a radio station how are we going to.... Etc etc   Answer Question
