Interview was with Head of research under PCG team. It was lasted for about an hour and it was taken by two persons. Overall, good experience and Edel seems to be open organization.

Group Discussion, HR Interview, LoB interview, one on one interview. Managers were polite to me but may have berated other interviewees. Could afford more structure in the process. Participating managers are called randomly. Asked me about the projects that I listed, were interested in knowing beyond the CV. Not all of them were as serious about the process
