I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Edelweiss Financial Services (Kharagpur, West Bengal) in Aug 2018
Interview
I gave the test through University. The first round was an online test with MCQs and mostly contained aptitude question. I easily managed to crack it even though I had no background in coding and finance. But in the Interview Round, I directly had to give HR interview and the interviewer didn't have much interest after seeing that I have no projects in Data Analytics.

Interview Experience – Quant Analyst at Edelweiss
I went through three rounds (not sure if there were more, as I didn’t clear the third).
Round 1 (Aptitude Test):
1-hour test. Difficulty was easy to moderate.
Round 2 (Face-to-Face):
Started with an introduction, followed by probability questions, logical puzzles, and some tricky problem-solving. Also included mental math (quick multiplication) and questions on why finance.
Round 3 (Virtual):
Again intro + problem-solving. Questions from probability, permutations and combinations, logarithms, and more math.

Interview
Interview was taken by very arrogant person and also very ignorant about the candidate's role. It was very boring interview. He didnt threw any challenging question. Rest of all is blah blah just writing to complete 30 words so that I can unlock other reviews.
