Edgard&Cooper interview questions

It was a lengthy but sound process! The team were lovely even though I didn’t get the role in the end and the brand is brilliant with a strong ethos.

I was invited for a first stage video interview a couple of months after sending off my application. The interview questions were fairly standard for a copywriting role, but there were some more technical questions that I found challenging as they weren't directly relevant to my experience. Overall, it was a nice interview experience. I received a rejection the following week, but I was really disappointed to see that it was a generic automated email containing zero feedback. I think after having given my time to speak to them they could have at least given me some sort of feedback. Even worse, I then followed up to thank them for their consideration and to directly ask for some feedback, but I was ghosted — and then saw the job posting back on LinkedIn a few days later!
