“The process was pretty conversational overall. I first had an intro call with the recruiter to talk through my background and the kind of projects I’d worked on. Then I had a second interview with the creative/team lead where we spoke more about workflow, editing style, deadlines and how I approach storytelling for digital content. I also shared examples of my work and talked through a few projects I’d edited from brief to delivery.
