Easy, found the hiring event on Indeed and they were very nice and interested in what I had to say. Only reason I did not take the position is because it was not in my preferred floor.

I applied and received an email the next day to set up a phone interview, which took place a week after. I was then emailed a link to a website where I would have to list 5 references. A week later I had an in-person interview.
