Several phone screens/interviews followed by 1.5 hour presentation/video interview that went much longer than scheduled, preceded by online assessments; very long, disorganized drawn-out process with many stretches of dead silence for over a week each time; many organizational errors made on company-side along the way coupled with misleading comments and misinformation; all ended up in not hiring any candidates after 3 months and recommendation for me to consider another position in the organization with undetermined timeline that has not been created

Teams call for half an hour introduction, then a number of timed leadership review exams followed by Face to Face presentation and competency questions one and half hour with tour of assembly facilities.
