    Cons

Too much work for individuals results in fire-fighting issues instead of properly prioritizing work

    Advice to Management

    listen to field staff

    Pros

A great place to work. Good pay and benefits. I especially enjoyed working from home through Edwards' virtual home/office environment that made it very easy for me to communicate with all the global Edwards resources instantly.

    Cons

Work life balance can be a challenge due to the high demands of the position.

For example, managing and keeping up to speed with all of the pure vacuum processing solutions and services that Edwards provides and the high-tech scientific customers have come to insist on and expect can be substantial for the advanced markets we serve including semiconductor, solar, LEDs, electronics, industrial, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and chemical.

    Advice to Management

Continue to treat people with compassion. Set clear goals and standards, never hint. You can't give too much positive feedback, as long as it is sincere.

    I worked at Edwards full-time

    Pros

Schedule gives you time to try and collect your emotional faculties from working somewhere that emotionally sucks the life out of you.

    Cons

New, inexperienced, management has an inferiority complex, will lie, skip critical safety policies/procedures, and throw you under the bus and get you in trouble.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees that are being managed by your NEW inexperienced management. It just might save your skin - legally. Cut out very bad management who is racially insensitive, and offensive, and has delusions of grandeur. They're a liability to the entire company.

    Pros

Great product giving patients a second chance and a better quality of life

    Cons

To much inexperienced people for the type of product made

    Advice to Management

Make decisions base on the business and not by personal needs.
