Egmont interview questions

I had the first 1hr interview with the hiring manager. The first half was spent talking about Egmont and the organisation. The second half was spent on my experience, questions about me and my questions about the company and role. Subsequent I was asked to take a personality test and cognitive test. The second interview was combined with feedback on the two tests and a grandfather interview (with the CIO)

After applying, I got a non-scheduled call from the employer, I was not able to answer at that time so the interviewer left a message saying that I should call later. I called once a day for the next five business days, then they finally answered. The interviewer seemed to be caught of guard by the call and seemed irritated, so the conversation was not very encouraging nor engaging.
