It is about India Hiring, they are setting up the team in Chennai. As Recruiter told me I was approached by a Consulting Firm and then 3 rounds of interviews happened. Two rounds were taken from someone who works in Saudi Since they don't have a team in India. and the Last round was taken by India's operational Head. I have been informed that I cleared all the rounds and I had told them my expected compensation in starting only and they were completely okay with that. During the interview, they were rushing to complete it ASAP. And once I cleared the interview there was no communication. After 3 weeks of follow-up, they finally told me that they can't offer me since my expectations were too high. Initially, I was informed that they were busy with year-end, blah blah and finally they told me they won't be able to offer me. I find it super unprofessional since I have invested my time and energy. Please be careful to apply to this company at least in India.
