      Anonymous employee
      Greenfield, IN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Elanco (Greenfield, IN) in Mar 2018

      Interview

Had a 1:1 pre-interview discussion with the hiring manager. A week later had a 2:1 interview with the hiring manager and one of the staff I would be working with. It was a nice interview focusing on helping me learn about the company and job position and answer any questions that I had. The questions were mostly about my work experience that related to the position I was applying for. Great friendly people doing the interview.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Elanco (Greenfield, IN)

      Interview

Phone interview with the hiring manager, after that went for an onsite interview with hiring manager and 2 team members. A week later, I went onsite for another interview with other team members to see if it would be a good fit. Had a conversation with HR recruiter to discuss role/benefits/company expectations then entered the offer stage. Overall, the process was easy but was a bit long.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Elanco (Greenfield, IN)

      Interview

The interview process was long but simple. Met many current staff members. Format semi-formal but laid back. The hiring (through HR) was long and slow. During the interview they focused more on your future contributions than anything else.

What do you bring to the table? What could be your immediate contributions?
