Great and informative. Had a recruiter call and set the process up. Had a phone interview along with 3 1:1 interviews. Then offer was extended. Had to pass background and drug screen as well. Overall went well.

What is most important to me when working in healthcare
Initial screening with the recruiter. First teams interview with the AVP. Final interview with the VP. It was very conversations and easy. No behavior questions. Just speak on your experience as it relates to the position.
