      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Electric AI (New York, NY) in Jul 2025

      Interview

I spoke with about 5 different team members across the company. They want to find someone that fits the role and the company. You can tell they take it very seriously and are picky with who they choose to join. Everyone was very intelligent yet fun. They all made sure I had time to ask my questions and felt aligned before ending the call. Their recruiting team is incredible. So kind and on top of it. Let you know exactly where you stand in the process and gives good feedback from each call.

      Interview

Straight forward, 1 interview with Recruiter asking general questions about your work history, then next round with Hiring Manager. Their team is totally decimated and needs to be rebuilt due to laying off 50% of the employees. They keep mentioning funding amount received to make it look like they were successful. Please read Glassdoor reviews from current and previous employees regarding leadership and company's direction.

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Electric AI (New York, NY)

      Interview

Recruiter screening followed by 3 interviews with sale staff and a presentation. Was approached by a sales leader via LinkedIn about applying for the role. Once past the screening I started on my first of 3 interviews with sales leaders. The first guy I met with might have had the least amount of personality of any person in sales I’ve met. Wasn’t interested in getting to know me as a candidate more so canned questions from the Best Buy interview manual. Couldn’t tell me how many people are making plan - couldn’t tell me what made people successful within the org

      Question 1

Name a time where you had to grab your superior for help
      Answer question

What was your average deal size?
