I applied online. I interviewed at Elektrobit (Oulu)
Interview
Interview consisted of several stages: phone screening and on-site.
During the on-site the atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. Some technical questions were asked, paper-based tasks, general questions about technologies I have worked with before.
The team also described their company, technology/projects they use and work on, sent some additional materials via e-mail which was helpful to better understand the specifics, all my questions were address.
They also offered an opportunity to tell about other projects in case their particular one was not very interesting. That was actually extremely cool and seems like they are really focused on employee growth and comfort within the company.
After that an offer arrived. Team allowed quite extensive amount of time to think about it and no one really pushed for the decision.
Overall, the interview process was very satisfactory, one of the best interviews so far.
