Element Energy Software Developer/Consultant interview questions

The interview process took almost 2 months to complete. They were very slow at arranging each interview and didn't tell me the result of the final interview until 2 weeks after the last interview. They also ignored 2 emails from me asking for feedback despite me spending over 3 hours in interviews with them and 4 hours on a coding assignment. I would've really appreciated the feedback and thought it was poor form not to get back to me after I had investing so much time in the interview process. All the people in the actual interviews were lovely and the questions they asked were interesting.
