Elemental Energy interview questions

Spoke on the phone with one person and then was asked to complete an exercise involving building a social media plan. Sent over the exercise, which took at least 2 hours, and then had another phone call with a different person about a week later. I reached out over email after not hearing back after the second phone call. They didn't even have the decency to reply and let me know they were headed in a different direction. I just never heard from them again.
