Elexicon Energy interview questions

Application I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Elexicon Energy (Ajax, ON) in April 2025 Interview The first step in the process was a call with the HR and they sent me a questionnaire that I filled out for 6 pages regarding my previous experience. The interview was in-person which included a presentation for which less than 24 hours were given to prepare for. The presentation was followed up with a Q&A. The interview was engaging and Questions were based on the work experience. Overall I think Elexicon needs to sort out their line of questioning its highly unethical to ask internal processes of your former employers and could land the interviewee in trouble. So be prepared for that.

The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a virtual interview with the Hiring Manager, who focused on my technical experience, leadership style, and how well I aligned with the company’s goals. This was followed by a conversation with an HR representative, who provided a clear overview of the role, company culture, and expectations. Both interviews were engaging and transparent, and I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions at each stage. I received timely updates throughout, which helped make the experience even more positive. Overall, it was a smooth, respectful, and well-organized process.
