Only difference is they REALLY! like to go on about how high calibre they supposedly are. Just be prepared to pump yourself up to match. Case was probably the simpliest I have had and aligned with one of their case studies on the website. Oddly no hard q's from the senior person so unsure about the calibre but maybe it wasnt his speciality area. No offer they just said they didnt have the roapmap anymore to support a hire in this area. Am thinking their hiring process is still getting figured out and needs some ironing. The HR team was very nice and conversational.
