Applied online and heard back within a week to schedule a telephone interview. Then a few days later was scheduled for an in person interview. Met with a construction manager and HR manager. Was very disappointed with interview as it had no structure and awkward at times. Felt like they had chosen their candidate already and this was just a formality. Was told that I would hear back by the end of the following week as they had more interviews to do, heard back the next day, thank you but no thank you.

it was a precorded set of questions i had the option of recording my answers as much as i'd liked the answers were okay. nothing too difficult or unexpected. it was good
lot of rounds with the Hr on phone and then with HR manager on zoom and then finally with the Project manager and senior manager. first round was just general questions and next two rounds were technical with their on going project and the familiarity with the spftwares they currently use

Tell me about yourself and then how does your experience best fits this role
The interview process consisted of an asynchronous video interview conducted through an online platform. I was presented with a series of pre-recorded questions and given a limited amount of time to prepare and record my responses for each one. There was no live interaction with an interviewer, which required me to be concise and well-structured in my answers. Overall, the process was efficient and allowed me to carefully organize my thoughts before responding.
