The hiring manager of Elo-touch asked me to go on-site for screening, then he recommended me for the next round, which was with his boss, the senior direcotr. The senior director asked a lot of question including some interesting ones, such as " what is the unit of measurement for capacitor?", "what is the capital of Belgium", "suppose you are a salesman, sell me the pencil for 5 minutes". In the end the senior director said that he would decide to hire me and would arrange a final team interview with me. He also asked me to write a 2-page article for a supply chain related issue we discussed in the interivew and send to him and the hiring manager, which I did later on. Then in a week, I went to the final interview, which was to talk to 6 guys including other team members and management. I felt all of these interviews went well, but Elo kept being slient thereafter for a couple of weeks. Then they told that the postion was frozen and a couple of months later they told me the position was closed.
