15 minute phone interview and was asked to interview in the same week. They wanted to interview the day I was leaving for vacation, which I had told the recruiting coordinator during our phone interview. I offered ample dates of opportunity or to interview once I was back, in which they wanted to move forward with an interview while I was on the vacation, which I should have declined however it was an exciting opportunity.
The interview was an hour-long in which I was not really asked any different questions than the phone interview or any student-based scenario questions basically questions like what are you looking for in a manager and how do you adapt to change.
The next week I was sent a rejection letter. I sent an email back to see if there was any feedback and did not receive a response. I went on Linkedin and they re-posted the same posting for the student success counselor, which is highly frustrating as a potential candidate for the role. I feel like my time was absolutely wasted through interviewing with this company.
