THIS BUSINESS SEEMS SHADY!! I don't get why they have 40 five star reviews...what's that all about? I sent them my resume through monster, and they called me the next day interested in interviewing me--they told me it was just the first part in a three part interview process--we'd just get to meet each other and see if we want to continue. So I went in, filled out a quick questionnaire, and went into some guy's office (sorry, can't remember his name), which was bright red and freaky looking, and he asked me two simple questions, and then explained to me how they wanted to hire someone that is looking to work their way up and take on more responsibilities. Seems too good to be true, right? I was asked back for a two-hour long interview the next day. As part of this second interview, I would meet them at the office, then they would drive me to a cafe where we'd talk. First of all, that seems a bit odd, to be taking out entry-level (I'm not that qualified...) positions out to eat. And to be driven in a car by some stranger who decides whether or not your'e hired.... How do have they time and capacity to be doing that to everyone? Their whole job seems to be to hire new people on. All they do is advertise how great it is to work for them--but they don't even advertise as much to their potential clients. They are very vague about what the actual position is in the beginning too. And look at their website. For a marketing company, it is outdated and basic. All in all, very shady.

I was contacted by a inside company recruiter who was pretty pushy about me coming in for an interview. She didn't want to give me job info until I committed to coming for an interview. I drove an hour to the location and had the first sctrrning interview, this took about 20 minutes. My interviwwer liked me so I am going back for a 2 hour meeting all about the company. The interviewer is nice and normal.
