      Marketing Manager Interview

      Feb 9, 2026

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Emlid

      Interview

From the very first contact, the HR team was attentive and provided important details about the role, requirements, and expectations. I had an initial alignment conversation, a technical test, a meeting with the marketing manager and other members of the marketing team, and, in the final stage, a meeting with HR and the CEO. At the end of every interview, the next steps and response expectations were clearly aligned. What impressed me the most, however, was how organized they are and how close they stay to the candidate. They were always in touch with me to share next steps and process expectations. Something that usually causes anxiety for candidates never happened to me at any point.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Questions related to “tell me about a time” framework, in other words, real situations experienced throughout my career involving challenges, how we handled them, the results, and reflections on different ways we could have acted. We also had a great time talking about more technical/specific aspects of my job - not in a 'questionary' way, but they were genuinely interested on how I see the biggest challenges of Marketing.
