3 step process. Final interview involves a scenario and shadowing of a current Adviser. Helps to understand what the job is really like. It is a long final interview though.

Very smooth and easy process, the team worked fast and very adaptable and understanding, they worked around my schedule and offered after hours interview. I was still employed at the time of my interview and had received another offer which I felt bad about rejecting and the team was very supportive and offered me guidance on how to politely reject the offer.

Basic problem question with kind and respectful interviewers. The process is broken down into shadowing with a team member and then the scenario. Once question is answered - the interviewers will go into a traditional Q&A.
