Empower Network interview questions

The interview process was casual and brief. There was a large group of new hires being onboarded for the Customer Support Department (training class was 17 people), so I believe the intended course of action is to over-hire and watch the cream rise to the top. There was an application, verbal in-person interview, and a typing test.
