      Aug 17, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Enbridge (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2019

      Interview

3 stages of interviews, initial phone screen followed by in-person interview with 2 engineers. Final round included a fairly simple 30 minute case study followed by another round of interviewing with a panel of senior engineers. Questions were mostly behavioural with a few technical questions, nothing too difficult or out of the ordinary. Applied in May and received offer in August. Make sure you know the 3 core values of Enbridge as there were questions about them in every interview stage.

      Question 1

What are our 3 core values? Explain which one of them do you identify with the most and give an example of how you demonstrated this.

      Engineer-In-Training Interview

      North York, ON

      Negative experience

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enbridge (North York, ON) in Jul 2019

      Interview

Horrible experience, the company completely ghosted me after I completed 3 rounds of interviews for this position over almost 2 months. You'd think after going through 3 intensive rounds of interviews including a case interview, they would have the decency to atleast sent me a rejection/feedback email or phone call if not an offer. Despite making it that far and trying to reach out multiple times, I received absolutely NO response from the HR rep or anyone else involved in the process after i completed the final round of interviews. It was very unprofessional and undermining. First, there was a 30 minute phone interview with some basic questions such as 5 year goals, interests , strengths etc. Following this, there was a 1 hr on-site interview with a mix of situational, behavioral and a few technical questions. Finally, the third and last interview was with management, 1.5 hrs long with a case study (30mins) and a 1 hr situational based interview.

Talk about a time you took an initiative or creative approach and how it was seen by peers and the result?
